Full Stack Web Development
I am a software developer specializing in Python and Javascript. I have over half a decade of experience working in New York City, but in 2021 I said goodbye to the city to travel the world. Now I am returning to New York City to continue my career with a vengeance.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, and in my spare time I like to read, write, travel and camp out in the woods or on a beach. The background image on this site was taken by me on the Camino de Santiago.
Most of my experience is in Flask and React, but I have had experience with many other languages and frameworks as well. Recently I have been getting into Rust as well, and Docker has a special place in my little old heart.
I'm a web developer by trade but my background in Linguistics does leave me with a strong desire to pursue a little Natural Language Processing when the opportunity appears.
